Gray & Graceful

The legendary Paula Scher has designed the new identity and promotional campaign for the New York City Ballet. “The identity is designed to be powerful and graceful at the same time, like the company,” says Scher. I think that the simplicity of the overlay and the gray tones are inspirational.

I think the poster is nice except for that ridiculous arm jutting into the image!
