Rondez vous Niçoise

Niçoise salad has to be one of my favorite things to eat. I make it with caned tuna, asparagus potatoes, haricot verts, smilling eggs, red onions, tomatos and romaine lettuce. I toast weat-crutons and make a mustard-brownsuger-oliveoli-vinnegrette and drizzle all over. Bon appetit! Lately my appetite hasn´t been the same, so it´s been latest tree months since my last Niçoise ron de vous.
