cold rise oat buns

I love the way children at a certain age like to help all the time. I'm committed to involve and say thanks for all the help Nikolina Flora provides. If she is anything like her mother...well let's just say, that I'm enjoying it as long as it lasts.

btw I toast the oats to induce flavor and I cover the bowl with greaseproof paper soaked in water - it just feels wrong to use aluminum foil when talking anything food related.

But now whilst writing this post, I've learned that greaseproof paper is paper soaked in sulfuric acid or zinc chloride :-/
