Oh the joy - it's that time of the year again! I was a quick trip to Malmö last month and I bought the mandatory Semla bun. The swedes eat Semlor at Shrovetide - I however think that they and I should eat Semlor all year around! Come Shrovetide and I'll be making some Semlor off my one. They're easy to make and too delicious!
