Kristjan and I were on a date saturday night in the meatpacking district. We had the most lovely time and food.
NOSE2TAIL is a gastropub that aims to prepare and use as much of an animal as possible. We ordered marrow, homemade pork rinds with mayo, sausages from Danish butchers, cheeses from Danish farms and homemade specialties - and that was just for starters!
The main course was leg of lamb with ragoût from lamb neck.
There was such a great atmosphere in the basement where a small liver-pate factory used to be.
