Bybi is the most appealing project I have heard about in a long time. Copenhagen is in a bee shortage so to solve the problem Bybi (red CityBee) have set up bee hives around the city and to manage them are long term unemployed people that have been trained and educated about bees and now these people pass on their new learning to students and other citizens of the city. The honey from Bybi will be sold at selected stores and the all the money will go to charity.
Bybi designed to exploit the environmental, social and economic benefits of sustainable beekeeping and honey production in Copenhagen.
We bring more bees to the city and inform city residents about how they can take better care of the environment by taking care of bees.
We are a social economic activities. This means that profits from the company will be reinvested in Bybis social and environmental activities.
