Making MeringueMaking meringue has to be one of the most gratifying things in life.
It´s so simple - just sugar & yolks, but ohh so beautiful.
I made a batch of licorice and chocolate meringue cookies as a farewell gift for a great colleague of mine, Jacob. He´s off to a new job and all that comes with it! I wish him all the best.
