Friday goodness
On monday we´ll get a new oven that works. This teal Le Cruset Tagine would be ideal for me to make rich and aromatic lamb or chicken tagines to put in our new oven and steam for hours and hours. Though I´ll probable end up buying a Moroccan imported on that´s less pricy and much more authentic.... but I still love the teal colored one.
Thanks for the link:-) Careful with the Moroccan terra cotta tagines, some of them have glazes containing lead and other hazardous things.
