INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY

It´s International women´s day today and I attended a lecture about women's role in todays society at the Faroese House in Copenhagen. When bicycling my way home I thought about the famous quote by Madeleine Albright that also was mentioned at the lecture:

"There is a special place in hell for women who don’t help other women.”

and I must conclude that all my fellow female bloggers are going directly upstairs to heaven. The blogsphere is very much a positive and encouraging "place" where women from all backgrounds, beliefs, nationalities and age can stand together and share a part of their/our lives.
