Ravishing Rhubarb
Rhubarb is the only fruit to grow without any problems on the Faroe Islands. So I guess my relationship to rhubarbs is the same as with danes and strawberries.
I made the most delightful rhubarb/vanilla com pot the other day, and I still have some left, that I´ll make into scrumptious rhubarb ice cream.
