Dukkah
Being islanders and all...we eat fish at least twice a week. Nikolina Flora loves when served a crispy portion of dukkah fried fish with pea/lemon- and carrot/cumin/coconut mash. For my dukkah I toast and then bash and grind hazelnuts, coriander seeds, cinnamon, sesame seeds, pepper and salt together for a heavenly aromatic blend.
