Dried tv & flat screen fish
I ate the last of our dried fish last night. Faroese cuisine is so simple. It´s mainly fish either boiled, dried, semi fermented, fried or salted served with cooked potatoes and salt. It´s traditional to serve dried fish with whale blubber, but I´m not all that into blubber so I replace it with ...brace yourselves...margarine.
Forgot to tell, that we got a brand new tv just in time for me to see The Oscars in digital splendor. I blogged about Sonys Bravia last year and archived it under the "wishful thinking" category. Guess not so much anymore.
